A visionary leader with over 10 years of proven experience in property development,technical, administrative and managerial roles making him the lead “chief experience officer “ at Uppertec homes and luxury with an active interest in offering client with sustainable lifestyle solutions and strong ability to solve complex problems using excellent judgement and decisions making skills seen in motivation and leadership of high performance management team.
Saleh Adam was previously a project manager at NTC New technics constructions Ltd leading the Delta Mall warri ( Shoprite) supervisions and valuation of work done to a various sub-contractors and company claims , and participated a various site project with NTC , Akwa-ibom and Abuja .

ABRAHAM OJOGBANE (MNIQS, RQS.)

Managing Director

As the Managing Director of Uppertec Homes and Luxury Limited, Abraham Ojogbane has been in the construction and development industry for over 12 years with extensive experience in developing a variety of products, ranging from luxury apartment, shopping mall etc. He is responsible for the strategic vision, identifying potential investment opportunities, overseeing construction, and the day–to–day management of personnel, to ensure that the integrity of the company vision is not compromised.
Abraham is a member of Nigeria Institute of Quantity Surveyors and a registered Quantity Surveyor. He is a graduate of Quantity Surveyor from Federal Polytechnic Nasarawa, Nasarawa.
