SALAH ADAM

CHAIRMAN

Saleh Adam is the Lead Chief Experience Officer at Uppertec Homes and Luxury, where he champions the delivery of sustainable real estate solutions and exceptional client experiences.

With over a decade of experience in property development, project management, quantity surveying, and business leadership, Saleh has successfully led multidisciplinary teams and delivered high-value projects with excellence. He is recognized for his strategic vision, sound judgment, and ability to solve complex challenges while driving operational efficiency and innovation.

Prior to joining Uppertec Homes and Luxury, Saleh served as Project Manager at NTC New Technics Construction Ltd, where he supervised the delivery of the Delta Mall (Shoprite) project in Warri, managed subcontractor valuations and company claims, and contributed to major construction projects across Delta State, Akwa Ibom, and Abuja.

A graduate of Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University (ATBU), Bauchi, with a degree in Quantity Surveying, Saleh combines technical expertise with visionary leadership to deliver sustainable developments, create lasting value for clients, and inspire high-performing teams.

ABRAHAM OJOGBANE (MNIQS, RQS.)

Managing Director

Abraham Ojogbane is the Managing Director of Uppertec Homes and Luxury Limited, providing strategic leadership and driving the company’s vision for excellence in real estate development and construction.

With over 15 years of industry experience, Abraham has successfully led the development of diverse projects, including luxury residential developments, commercial complexes, and shopping malls. He oversees the company’s strategic direction, investment opportunities, project execution, and day-to-day operations, ensuring every development reflects Uppertec’s commitment to quality, innovation, and sustainable value creation.

A registered Quantity Surveyor and member of the Nigeria Institute of Quantity Surveyors (NIQS), Abraham is a graduate of Quantity Surveying from the Federal Polytechnic, Nasarawa. His blend of technical expertise, commercial insight, and visionary leadership has been instrumental in positioning Uppertec Homes and Luxury Limited as a trusted name in premium real estate development.
